BACKGROUND Morgan, Franich, Fredkin and Marsh was founded in 1972 in Palo Alto, California, by graduates of Stanford University. In 1975, the Firm relocated to San Jose, and presently includes seven partners, two associates, and a dedicated staff of legal assistants. Attorneys of the Firm are, first and foremost, experienced and successful practitioners of law who combine their individual skill and specialization to deliver an extraordinary and comprehensive level of service to clients. They also contribute in major ways to the legal profession and community at large, serving as officers of non-profit organizations, elected officials in local government, legal instructors and lecturers, and as judges pro tem.
